สำหรับการวัดออกซิเจนที่ต่ำมากๆ ในช่วง ppb เครื่องรุ่นนี้ ออกแบบมาเฉพาะกับก๊าซความบริสุทธิ์สูงเป็นพิเศษ มีฟังก์ชั่นการกำหนดการทำงานของวาล์วและ การดูดซับออกซิเจนส่วนเกินเพื่อให้วัดค่าออกซิเจนบริสุทธิ์ได้ต่ำที่สุด พารามิเตอร์การทำงานต่างๆ มีรหัสป้องกัน ใช้เซนเซอร์ แบบ wet cell มี Current Source ที่ละเอียดแม่นยำ สำหรับทำ Calibration ได้ด้วยตัวเอง ระบบรายงานผลการวิเคราะห์ และสัญญาณ analogue RS232 และ RS485 เชื่อมต่อเข้ากับเครื่องมือตัวอื่นหลายวิธีด้วยกัน

Illinois Instruments’ Model 176 Ultra Low Trace Oxygen Analyzer measures oxygen concentrations in the ultra low ppb range. The Model 176 features ultra high purity gas routing valves and facilities which, together with an integral oxygen absorber, supplies the instrument with an oxygen free gas for zero adjustment. All configuration parameters can be password protected and are user configurable to establish alarms, time weighted averaging, damping, data logging functions, shift/run analysis reports and analog outputs. Additionally, RS232 and 485 multi-loop communication outputs allow Connection of one or several instruments together.
