Illinois Instruments’ Model 276 Trace Oxygen Monitor senses oxygen concentrations in the low ppb range. The Model 276 features a high purity gas sampling system and integral absorber for oxygen free zero adjustment. Additionally, the cell contains a unique calibration electrode to generate a known oxygen concentration for precise, system compensated calibration. An integrated sampling and temperature compensation system controls flow and pressure, and monitors temperatures to ensure stable accurate readings even in the event of sample pressure and ambient temperature fluctuations.
